Ticketing and Admission

• Each individual attending the event must present a valid, physical or digital ticket for entry into the venue. Tickets must be authentic and unaltered. Unauthorized reproduction or duplication of tickets is strictly prohibited.
• Children under the age of six (6) will not be granted admission to the event. This policy is in place for the comfort and safety of all attendees, considering the nature of the event.
• Guests between the ages of six (6) and thirteen (13) must be accompanied by a responsible adult guardian at all times. The accompanying adult is fully responsible for the conduct and supervision of the minor in their care.
  
  

Entry and Re-entry

• Attendees arriving late may be required to wait at the venue entrance until a suitable break occurs in the scheduled program. 
• Re-entry to the venue is not guaranteed. If an attendee leaves the venue, their return is subject to the sole discretion of the venue staff. Security and capacity regulations will determine whether re-entry is permissible.
  
  

Liability

• Neither FUTURE of SPACE (FoS) nor the event organizers shall be held liable for any personal injury, loss or theft of personal property, or any damage incurred during the event. Attendees assume all risks associated with attending the event.
• By entering the event premises, attendees acknowledge and accept that attendance is at their own risk. It is recommended that attendees take necessary precautions to safeguard their belongings.

Event Details

• All event details, including but not limited to the date, time, location, and featured guests, are subject to change without prior notice. The organizers reserve the right to modify event elements as needed.
• If unforeseen circumstances necessitate changes to the program, the event will proceed with appropriate adjustments. Attendees should be aware that the schedule and content may be altered.

VIP Packages

• Information regarding VIP packages, including availability, benefits, and pricing, listed on the event website or the ROCKING website, may be modified at any time without prior notification. Changes are at the sole discretion of the event organizers.

Conduct

• Any disruptive behavior, including but not limited to aggressive actions, public intoxication, harassment of other attendees or staff, or the use of illegal drugs, will result in immediate removal from the event premises without any refund.
• Attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner. Failure to comply with this standard of conduct will lead to expulsion from the event.

Recording

• Photography, video recording, and live streaming by attendees are strictly prohibited during the event. Any individual found engaging in such activities will be removed from the venue without refund.
• The event will be professionally recorded and photographed for promotional and archival purposes. By attending, attendees grant consent to appear in any captured media, which may be used for commercial or other purposes.

Accessibility

• Individuals with accessibility needs are requested to contact the venue directly at least seventy-two (72) hours in advance of the event to coordinate and arrange necessary accommodations. This advance notice allows the venue to prepare and provide appropriate assistance.

Compliance

• Upon entering the event venue, attendees agree to abide by all venue rules, security instructions, and event-specific policies. The venue reserves the right to enforce additional restrictions or guidelines as needed for the safety and order of the event. Attendees are expected to cooperate with security personnel and follow all instructions given.
