STUDENT TICKET DONATION PROGRAM – TERMS & CONDITIONS
As part of our commitment to supporting student access, FUTURE of SPACE (FoS) will donate one (1) complimentary ticket to a qualifying student between the ages of 17 and 21 for every ticket purchased at $350 or more for the “ROCKING” event.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Recipients must be between the ages of 17 and 21 years of age as of the event date. A valid student ID from an accredited U.S. educational institution is required. Age and student status will be verified onsite at the event venue. Student applicants under the age of 18 agree to provide the email address and phone number of a parent or legal guardian in order to be considered for inclusion.

TICKET AVAILABILITY
Complimentary student tickets are issued based on registration at futureofspace.io, on a first-come, first-served basis. One (1) donated student ticket is issued per qualifying transaction, regardless of the number of tickets purchased in that transaction. Donated tickets are allocated only after full payment is received for the qualifying purchase.
Donated tickets cannot be reserved in advance.

REDEMPTION PROCESS
Eligible students must present both a valid student ID and a government-issued photo ID at the event entrance. Donated tickets are issued directly to the verified student and are non-transferable. Each student may receive only one (1) donated ticket. Tickets will only be issued upon successful onsite verification. FoS reserves the right to deny entry if verification requirements are not met. All eligibility decisions made by FoS staff are final.

SEAT ASSIGNMENT FOR DONATED TICKETS
Seat locations for donated tickets are determined solely by FUTURE of SPACE (FoS) and are subject to availability. Donated tickets will be seated separately from purchased tickets, including from the ticket(s) that triggered the donation. No requests for changes, upgrades, or specific seating will be accepted for donated tickets. FoS reserves the right to reassign donated seats at its discretion, including for operational or safety reasons.

RESTRICTIONS
Donated tickets have no cash value and may not be sold, transferred, or exchanged. Any attempt to sell or transfer a donated ticket will render it void. Any misrepresentation of eligibility may result in disqualification from the promotion and denial of event entry. No re-entry is permitted. Tickets are valid for single admission only and are deactivated once used.

DATA PRIVACY
No student data will be stored or recorded during the onsite verification process. If personal information is collected for any reason, FoS complies with all applicable data privacy laws and regulations.

PROMOTION MODIFICATIONS
FoS may modify or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice. Any updates or changes will be communicated through official FoS channels.

ADDITIONAL TERMS
Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. FoS is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets. All standard event terms and conditions apply. FoS is not liable for any cancellation, delay, or change caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or other force majeure circumstances.
